Keep unopened bags in the freezer
Keep your unopened bags of beans in the freezer. Itīs dry and cold in there. The perfect spot. Once the bag is opened, seal it securely each time you take out some beans for grinding. Then keep the bag in a dry, cool place (but not the fridge, itīs too damp in there!).

Do you recommend a specific type of brewer? I have a Bunn that I`ve had over 7 years that has the automatic heated water chamber (no wait brewing time). Should I replace it? I haven`t been happy with my coffee but am not sure if it`s because of the bean grind or the coffee maker.
