Have Coffee, Will Travel

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Tip: No one thinks about the coffee you’ll find at the hotel when booking a hotel room, but you just might find yourself foregoing the restaurant coffee in favor of the coffee in your hotel room if hotels replace current in-room coffee makers with one-cup coffee maker. The coffee machines that have become popular among individuals and small businesses are now moving to hotels. One of those hotel chains is New York-based Loews Hotels. By putting one cup coffee machines in guest rooms, Loews hopes to give guests the coffee shop experience right in their own room. Along with the machines, guests will have a selection of individual serving K-Cup coffees or teas, which go into the Keurig system. This means that hotel guests can make individual cups and have a choice of roasts, blends and flavors, depending on what types of coffee the hotel chain buys. If you already have a 1-cup coffee machine, this feature just might make a hotel feel like a home away from home.
