THE RIGHT MACHINES FOR ESPRESSO AND CAFFE LATTE
I was recently asked if you could make a Caffe Latte with an espresso machine. The answer is, yes and no. It depends on the espresso machine. Some people make espresso with aluminum stove-top espresso makers. Fine for expresso, but no good for a Caffe Latte. For a Caffe Latte you need to make a shot or two of expresso and then add steamed milk and milk foam. And to do that, you need an espresso maker with a spout for the steam.
