WATER: IT`S 98% OF YOUR COFFEE
There is little point in buying and grinding wonderful coffee beans if the water you use to make the brew has a bad taste.
Some of us are lucky enough to have tap water that tastes wonderful. But very often tap water is excessively hard or even has a sulfurous taste.
If your tap water doesn`t taste good, make your coffee with bottled water. And whether you use tap water or bottled water, make sure it is fresh. In other words, don`t use water that has been open to the air for hours and hours.
If you want to enjoy the fresh taste of a great cup of coffee, be sure to use good-tasting, fresh water every time.
